Immediate Full time opportunity
Candidate with be an advocate for all participants of ICF program and act as a liaison with state and federal agencies, parents, guardians, day treatment and habilitation programs. Will be a part of an interdisciplinary team providing a spectrum of services which will be provided to the residents through the use of social work methods directed towards maximizing the social functioning of each resident.
Responsibilities include staff training, family support services, individual evaluations and record keeping. Knowledge of ICF regulations and OPWDD experience a plus, but will train.
Master's degree (M.A.) in Social work required.
Valid and current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license necessary.
