Provide supervision and direction in all aspects of service provision in a day program room. This includes supervision of the implementation of the person's program plan, ensuring the integration of the various treatment plan services received by the person, recording the person's progress, assuring that all documentation is current and accounted for and leading periodic reviews of the person's program plans within the caseload. Provides appropriate individualized instruction to meet the needs of program participants. Responsible for protective oversight and safeguards of the individuals assigned throughout the program day.

Must have verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective communication. Develops positive and productive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and other colleagues. Able to demonstrate the professional qualities in the workplace: Professional Demeanor, Reliability and Flexibility

High school diploma or GED; 5 to 10 years in a related field working with directly with persons with Developmental Disabilities in a capacity required by essential job duties.

Job Type: Full-time 8:30am - 3:30pm M-F

Salary: $33,405.00 to $43,405.00 /year
